Murrieta process server

Where the 15 meets the 215

Murrieta is where Interstate 15 and Interstate 215 meet. Murrieta Hot Springs Road and Los Alamos Road are the commercial crosses a lot of serves land on. The Southwest Justice Center, the Riverside County courthouse, is on Auld Road in this city. Murrieta is not in San Diego County. It is still billed at the San Diego metro price: four attempts, no rural surcharge. The extra miles do not flip the job into the $45 tier. The 15 and the 215 meet in the middle of the city, and that interchange is not a useful serve address. Murrieta Hot Springs Road runs east-west through commercial centers. Los Alamos Road is another. The west side, out toward Winchester, is a different set of neighborhoods and still Murrieta. The justice center on Auld Road is where Riverside cases are heard. It is not where we serve a person unless that person is actually to be met there, which is rare and should be said plainly on the order. A house, a shop, or a workplace is the normal address. Four attempts go to that door.

Because the local court is a Riverside court, the proof of service is returned to you to file. We do not mail Murrieta proofs to San Diego County. The mailed-proof rule is for self-represented people whose case is actually in a San Diego County court. If that is not your case, you get the proof back. The justice center on Auld Road is the local court. It is nearer than any San Diego Superior Court division. The office is in Mission Valley, San Diego. There is no Murrieta branch. A server drives up.

In person, at the metro rate

In person means the papers are delivered by a server at the address, not by mail. Same day is $195 and the first attempt is the business day we accept the order. Next day is $175. Standard is $150, and the first attempt happens within three days. Four attempts are included, with notes and a proof of service. A declaration of due diligence follows four unsuccessful attempts.

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm PST. The phone is 619-399-3278. The company is licensed and bonded. An order after closing is processed the next business day, including a same-day order placed on a Saturday.

Service attempts are also made outside of these office hours.

Use the order page. Read same-day process serving if you need the first attempt today. Read the proof of service guide so the Riverside filing step is clear. We return the proof. We do not stamp it filed. The areas page has the other cities. Temecula is north on the 15, same metro price, same county. Fallbrook is farther southwest, in San Diego County, and its page shows the rural $45 charge that Murrieta does not pay.
