Process server coverage by city
Each city below has its own page because the drive, the courthouse, and the price are not the same everywhere. Standard coverage is the metro price: four attempts and no rural surcharge. Rural adds $45 and includes three attempts. Extra-rural adds $100, includes two attempts, and has to be confirmed by phone before you order. The only office is in Mission Valley, San Diego. A city page does not mean there is a branch there.
Standard coverage
Four attempts at the metro price, with no rural surcharge. Temecula and Murrieta are in Riverside County and still use this price. Proofs for those Riverside courts come back to you to file.

- Chula Vista
South Bay at the standard rate, with the South County courthouse on Third Avenue.
- Oceanside
Harbor, pier, and the 5 at the metro price, four attempts, with the courthouse inland in Vista.

Grand Avenue and the I-15, four attempts, no rural surcharge.
- Carlsbad
From the village and the lagoon to Palomar Airport Road, at the metro price.
- El Cajon
East County courthouse city, four attempts, no rural add-on.
- Vista
The North County courthouse is on Melrose Drive, and the city is standard coverage.
- San Marcos
Highway 78 between Vista and Escondido, four attempts, metro price.
- Encinitas
One city from Leucadia to Cardiff, along Coast Highway and El Camino Real, at the standard rate.
- La Mesa
The village and Grossmont on I-8, four attempts, a short drive from the El Cajon court.
- National City
The marine terminal and the Mile of Cars, South Bay, no rural surcharge.
- Poway
Poway Road and the east end toward the 67, four attempts at the metro price.
- Santee
Where Highway 52 ends, around Town Center and Santee Lakes, on standard coverage.
- La Jolla
Part of the City of San Diego, from the village to Torrey Pines, at the metro price.
- Coronado
Orange Avenue and the bridge at the metro price. Base addresses are a separate $65 fee.
- Imperial Beach
The pier, Seacoast Drive, and the estuary, four attempts, no rural surcharge.
- Del Mar
The village and the fairgrounds along Camino Del Mar, on standard North County coverage.
- Temecula
Riverside County, billed at the San Diego metro price, with the proof returned to you to file.
- Murrieta
Riverside County at the metro price. The Southwest Justice Center is on Auld Road.
Rural
Add $45 to the service you choose. These towns include three attempts, not four. You can order them on the form.
- Fallbrook
Mission Road and the groves, a $45 surcharge, and three attempts.
- Ramona
Highways 67 and 78, with $45 added and three attempts.
- Alpine
Alpine Boulevard above I-8, with a $45 surcharge and three attempts.
- Lakeside
Maine Avenue and Highway 67, at the rural rate of $45, with three attempts.
- Jamul
Highway 94 at Steele Canyon, with a $45 surcharge and three attempts.
- Valley Center
Valley Center Road north of Escondido, with $45 added and three attempts.
Extra-rural
Add $100 and plan on two attempts. Call the office before you order. The form alone does not confirm the trip.
- Julian
Main Street in the mountains, $100 and two attempts. Call before you order.
- Borrego Springs
Christmas Circle in the desert. $100, two attempts, and a call before you order.
