Borrego Springs process server
Christmas Circle, and a call first
Borrego Springs is a desert town, far from the coast, in the middle of Anza-Borrego. Christmas Circle is the center. Palm Canyon Drive is the main street off that circle. Highway S-22, the Borrego-Salton Seaway, is the road across the valley. This is extra-rural coverage. The surcharge is $100, the serve includes two attempts, and you must call the office before ordering. Do not submit a Borrego Springs address and assume a server is already assigned. Call 619-399-3278, Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm PST, and get a yes first.
Service attempts are also made outside of these office hours.
Before the $100, same day is $195, next day is $175, and standard is $150. The $100 stacks, and the attempt count is two. Standard plus the desert surcharge is $150 plus $100. Same day is $195 plus $100. Next day is $175 plus $100. If the trip cannot be staffed, the order should not be placed.
The nearest court is still a long way off
The nearest of the four San Diego Superior Court divisions is East County in El Cajon. It is still a long way from Borrego Springs. The courthouse is not a local stop on the way out of the valley. Vista, Chula Vista, and downtown San Diego are farther. El Cajon is the nearest division, and the remaining drive is a desert highway, not a short hop. There is no office at Christmas Circle. The business address is 3111 Camino Del Rio North, Suite 400A, in Mission Valley, San Diego. Plan on a drive of about two hours from that office, depending on the route over the 78 and S-22. The $100 is for that distance and for the limit of two attempts. It is not a local desert branch.
An in-person serve means the server goes to the address after the job is confirmed. Same day means the first attempt is the business day we accept it. Next day means by the next day. Standard means within one to three days. Two attempts, notes, and a proof of service are what the price includes. Two attempts without service produce a declaration of due diligence. If you are self-represented and the case is in a San Diego County court, the proof of service/declaration is mailed to the court. If the court is elsewhere, the proof is returned to you to file. The company is licensed and bonded. A call after 5pm is returned the next business day, and a same-day request does not start until the office has confirmed the desert trip.
After confirmation
After that confirmation, enter the job on the order page. Same-day process serving describes the $195 base, which still needs the phone call when the address is here. The proof of service guide describes the mailing. The areas page lists the cities that are ordinary online orders. Julian is the other call-first town, in the mountains. Ramona is the rural stop on the way, at $45 and three attempts, and it does not require a call before you order.
